  • Successfully completed one-year internship from a recognised institution.
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance Cover.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a busy hospital setting.
  • Sound diagnostic skills, clinical judgment, and excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent public relations and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide continuous on-site medical support to patients, consultants, and clinical staff.
  • Perform emergency procedures and general clinical services across all clinical areas.
  • Conduct major and minor ward rounds; discuss and manage patient treatment plans.
  • Manage changes in patients' medical conditions on behalf of consultants.
  • Participate in and assist consultants during medical and surgical procedures.
  • Conduct and participate in Continuous Medical Education (CME).
  • Ensure professional clinical standards are maintained across all hospital departments.
  • Write discharge summaries and medical reports; maintain accurate and confidential medical records.

  • • Develop, mentor, and hold branch teams accountable for performance;
  • • Prepare branch reports and management updates;
  • • Execute management action plans and organisational priorities.
